Welcome to my personal website!

I am an applied microeconomist interested in environmental and urban issues, often in the transportation sector. My research focuses on improving equity and efficiency by studying market failures and their regulation.

I’m an economist at the National Center for Environmental Economics at the US EPA. I received my Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Irvine and a B.A. from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN.

Outside of work, you'll catch me rollerblading, bicycling, playing cribbage with my partner Stella, or perfecting my pizza recipe.

All views are my own and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies of my employer.
